1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aptifolio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. License and Payments

3.1 One-Time Purchase License

The Aptifolio "Pro" plan is structured as a one-time payment. Upon payment of the stated fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the specific premium features of the Service for the lifetime of the Service. This license exempts you from recurring subscription fees for the specific features included in your purchase. However, it is important to acknowledge that we retain the right to terminate the license or the Service itself at any time, with or without cause.

3.2 Currency and Taxes

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges incurred during the transaction.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our international orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For customers in Kenya utilizing Paystack, Aptifolio Technologies remains the direct merchant.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. Please contact us at support@aptifolio.com within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aptifolio Technologies. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Kenya and foreign countries.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
